Pineapple, Lime & Coconut water
It was on a surf trip in Nicaragua that Gaétan was able to taste this delicious and refreshing recipe. The owner of the surf camp where he stayed prepared it every day with pineapples from his garden, coconut water that he himself harvested from one of the many coconut trees in the region, and several limes bought at the corner market. All together, mixed well and served cold, makes a delicious alcohol-free tropical cocktail, ideal for rehydrating and reenergizing afer a long session of hitting the waves in the Pacific. Barely having returned to France, Gaétan told the Vaïvaï team: "friends, we have our next recipe!" We hope you will appreciate it as much as him!
